Throughout more than two decades in anesthesiology, I have led at the intersection of medicine, operations, and leadership—where clinical precision meets organizational performance. My professional journey has centered on advancing safety, efficiency, and teamwork across complex health systems. Whether in the operating room, the boardroom, or the classroom, my mission has remained constant: to create environments where patients receive exceptional care and clinicians are empowered to deliver it.
At ²ÝÁñÉçÇøÈë¿Ú and Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, I serve as Associate Professor and Director of Special Projects in Anesthesiology, leading multidisciplinary initiatives that improve perioperative operations, elevate quality metrics, and align clinical performance with institutional strategy.
